i have no alternatives but to post here on the forums hoping that some mod can help me, all my tickets are being ignored!

I put in am ticket for rollback 4 days ago and they have not responded yet either. I'm losing hope I really want to play . Im able to login to the game too but no point playing if I'll lose progress from rollback right? Stupid I have to wait this long just for some lost Gil why can't they send it to my mail so I can at least play while I wait for rollback...

i have my account ending in 5 days... it seems SE would rather lose customers like us to solve their 1017, 2002 and 3102 problems.

this was meant to be their supposed "fix" i guess..

Has anyone survived a rollback I have yet to see any post that has a positive outcome.

i just had all my Gil stolen(apparently Durring maintenance...) i was playing up till server shutdown and woke up to play this morning while they were still down but my account was locked, had it unlocked and now that im in game all my Gil is gone... Is rollback what they do? or can they send Gil to us? ive never traded with anyone in game so they could easily see who my char traded it to and how much...(should be over 205,000 or so)

I've seen this hacked accounts all over the place now. It seems that there might be some serious security issues with the SE account management. I was told on the phone that it was taking on average 7 days to fix hacked accounts.
