Thanks for this, i've never healed before in a game so i'm green as they come, I'll take all the help I can get, i'm finding it tough going at mo tbh.

Do you guys keep adlo on the tank at all times or only when you want to apply dot's or perhaps heal a DD for a while?

adlo is very mana costly compared to physick. I would use in situations where need a little time to dot or heal. Or in situation where healing output is the limiting factor such as coil/titan. Also it is good for casting on other healer if they are getting pounded on because the shield will help prevent them being interupted. Enabling them to get another cast off.
