Is the CD on Dragoon Abilities Too Long?

Kiluvian's idea would be great for this. A 20 second CD on jump with scaled damage without returning you to the original position. I..........

I would be happy with the current CD on JUMP if it just performed as a real Gap closer (no return) and gave Dragoons damage immunity throughout the animation and for a second after we land. Dragoons need to be about battlefield maneuverability.

All CD's in this game need to be looked at IMO. Take Mercy Stroke from Marauder as an example. At first glance it seems like a cool Execute ability that all Dragoons would want to pick up. Then you see that it's got a 90 sec CD. W...T...F??? Maybe if it came with obscene damage but it's 200 Potency. A 30 sec CD is more in line with an Execute IMO. It needs some kind of CD because of the health return but 90 seconds seems extreme.

Agree with this. I don't know why people keep suggesting picking up Mercy Stroke. Sure it's relatively powerful but that cooldown makes it not worth it at all. It's basically Jump with a 90 second CD without the benefit of Power Surge. I'd rather take a defensive ability and help out my healers out a bit.
