Same issue. From America on Shiva server. Lag wasn't an issue until the day PRIOR to maint. I'm not sure why, but with the maint it seems to have gotten worse. This is, no doubt, due to the increase in traffic that is now allowed..
Ah so these glitches have been occurring for people before and after the maintenance? Yesterday my lag was really bad too.. This is interesting thank you. I wonder why it hasn't been happening to everyone? Also to make matters worse I'm EU, so the servers being in Canada surely doesn't help.
