Why would I apologize. You left out ALL these DETAILS and I called you out on it. Reread your own OP. You said you had your password changed, why would the SE rep change your forum password but not your game password? That makes absolutely no sense. The forum account isn't linked to your game account. Also even with these details it still doesn't make any sense, purely because you said you changed your password and set up the mobile token. How would they gain access AFTER you set up your mobile token and changed your password? Even if they had a keylogger, the mobile token creates a string of codes that are very hard to hack even with brute force.

Again, even if it was too hard for you to understand from my original post, read my respons to you. You are either trying really hard to NOT get it, or you are really this ignorant.

Those details were not left out. From my post, the hacker got in from the time the old fob was "frozen" a day ago, to when I could finally get it resolved TODAY...they had all night to do their thing due to customer service being closed for the night...didn't think I had to spell that out for you.

And who the hell said ANYTHING about a forum password? FFS I feel like I'm talking to an infant. And the forum info and game info are the same...you have to log in with the exact same info. So again, no clue where you were going with that tidbit.

I didn't say "I had my password changed"..I said once it was resolved the rep told me to change my password now that the token was ACTUALLY unlinked and deactivated from my account.
