You people don't seem to get it. We have no problem with people wanting to change their appearance. We just don't want to open the evil pandora's box of Cash Shops.

Make it an item you can buy with 50,000 Seals or simlarly large number and put a long cooldown on it.

So you're saying people who can commit to grind a large sum of seals should be awarded the chance of buying a remodel versus someone, who can't play nearly as much but pays the SAME monthly fee & supports the game just as much as everyone else, should spend less time enjoying the actual game and commit MORE time grinding to fix something that is entirely cosmetic?
