You can no longer request repairs. Even if you had Dark Matter, how do you propose us getting our gear fixed that isn't from NPC? What if someone hates crafting and/or has limited playtime? They would bankrupt themselves over repairs alone.

If you have limited playtime, you shouldn't be breaking your gear so fast. If you have time to break your gear you have time to level a crafter.
