Brutal! I'm having the same issue and I totally agree. I refuse to repurchase or "upgrade" the game when I already purchased the game in 2010. It's not our fault they released a broken product. We shouldn't have to shell out more money just to play the "fixed" version. It seems like the 1.0 players are getting swept under the rug, this seems to be a wide spread issue yet they haven't even acknowledged it as an actual issue.

I submitted my first ticket Aug 24th - 2 weeks ago, and still nothing. I'm giving them 1 more week which I think is pretty damn generous. If I'm not able to play by then I'm giving up, deleting the game and may never purchase a product from SE again.
