Perhaps, but "poorly coded software" as you put it would make this more then an incident for a small group of people. Even if it were hundreds of people, that is a drop in the bucket for the amount of people playing the game.Temps are fine and your statement is incorrect. Poorly coded software is known to crash systems. Just look at the recent Windows update that was causing BSOD. Games crashing systems also occur. The release of Civ 5 was littered with crashed systems and was patched.... eventually.

Unfortunately that doesn't help us. And it's in their best interest to fix this, before more and more people start experiencing this now that people can play the game.

If you'd address your attention to the rest of the forums I think you'd find that there is quite a large group of people experiencing the issue.
