PC Specs, 4-5 years old.

GTS 450 (Overclocked)
4 GB 1333 Dual Channel
AMD Phenom II Black Edition x4 965 3.4 GHz (4 cores unlocked)
ASUS M4A7TDD Xtreme Design MB
150GB PATA (that's right, PATA)

That PC build runs the game absolutely fine, and that was a mid level build 4 years ago. Cost around 600 parts, excluding mouse and monitor, because I didn't feel like waiting for them to be shipped and bought locally. You could probably build that same setup for 300 or less nowadays.

Even if you were to have the options you wanted for tweaking your graphics, your PC is obviously way underpowered and NEEDS to be upgraded. Remember, it's an investment. 800$ worth of equipment that will last upward of 8 years without having to upgrade? Yes please.
