Best bet is to queue up for live chat, just make sure you are lining up for the correct one. Are you in NA or EU?So I filled out the form on the 27th, and it vanished from my account. Not a 'closed ticket', but literally just not there. I filled it out *again* on the 30th. I received a confirmation email on the 31st. How do I "escalate" my ticket? I have been sitting refreshing the chat support every day since the 30th. Every time I get to position one it gives me the "No agents" message and cancels it. I cannot afford the hundreds of dollars of long distance fees to call.
