PC/EU here, queued as soon as Live Chat support was open and actually managed to get in touch with an agent (Agent Emilie), everything was fixed in about 20 minutes. I've closed all of my remaining tickets, good luck to those who're still trying to get this problem sorted!
Well, here's my problem. I live in New Zealand.
So what the fuck use are the phone numbers when I can't even call them? I know, I tried.
Can it be done via skype?
They Emailed me today that they receive my ticket. (although they still put a note on the Beta invitation lol.... they should remove that part out already)
Now I only need to wait I assume? I don't think live chat will provide any help, since the person who work on this are different group.

Hi everyone just checking in to see what is going on I didn't read all the pages since I last looked, it make me sad that so many people still haven't gotten their accounts fixed. Also for the 7 free days I got my account fixed Tuesday and I didn't get them and my friend that I have been playing with didn't get them so hopefully there still in the process of giving them out. (I really doubt it, I'm just happy and can finally play again.)

Just to go back to the start of this topic , you will lose your 30 days if you have placed your Collector's Edition into the worng service account and thay have to move it into the correct one, which thay told me when i gave them a ring. (which is way faster just had to w8t 5 mins.). Ofc she sounded a bit fed up at the time so she may have just done this tobe mean.
