No you will have 30 days on your service account 1 when they fix it.Just to go back to the start of this topic , you will lose your 30 days if you have placed your Collector's Edition into the worng service account and thay have to move it into the correct one, which thay told me when i gave them a ring. (which is way faster just had to w8t 5 mins.). Ofc she sounded a bit fed up at the time so she may have just done this tobe mean.
I had collectors edition and talk to chat support yesterday. I'm from NA, all they did was add a new collectors edition key to my service account that I intended in the first place with 30 days. I still have my wrong service account as well with 30 days.
So I filled out the form on the 27th, and it vanished from my account. Not a 'closed ticket', but literally just not there. I filled it out *again* on the 30th. I received a confirmation email on the 31st. How do I "escalate" my ticket? I have been sitting refreshing the chat support every day since the 30th. Every time I get to position one it gives me the "No agents" message and cancels it. I cannot afford the hundreds of dollars of long distance fees to call.
Ok I will get code on next week, I must enter code in launcher ? Log in, enter code there and I can play then, right ?

i was told i would have to forfeit my 30 days if they moved my CE to he right account,i have had the 30 days reset however but on the wrong account which they told me would be banned anyway,i wish these people would talk to each other seems one department doesnt know what the other is doing,now i just feel like ive been had >.>

basically guys if you physically get in contact with someone you can get this sorted now, if you wait on the form it will take god knows how long, its up to you guys to decide which you want to follow
