Almost 9 days for me as well. Really bad lack of attention for ps3 users. It's quite sadWell everyone another day down for me as well.9 and counting. I just got off the phone with support and checked my mog station and its all thereI asked about PS3 players who were having a hard time resolving the issue and unfortunately its difficult and takes longer because they have to go through Sony :/ hopefully they figure a way to fix it quickly.

So I was on the phone for 2 hours before I reached Krystle who helped me and bam! My account is fixed. Finally, I can do laundry and get some game time in before bedWishing you guys get through and all else gets fixed fast!

We know how extremely frustrating it is to be unable to play with the characters you wanted to because of this issue and I want you all to know that we are taking this matter very seriously.
I also want to assure you all that you will receive your full 30-days of trial time when our Support Center moves the registration to the appropriate account.
First and foremost, we need users that are affected by this to fill out the appropriate form for their region. Please be sure to fill our the form properly as incorrect information will lead to delays in the process:

Please note that you'll only need to submit the form once, as we'll be able to address it based on the information we receive. Submitting multiple copies of the form will only serve to increase the time it takes to reach affected users.

I had an open ticket for 7 days now, and I got the email about being contacted withing 48 hours the day I opened the ticket. I waited for 3.5 hours at support line (858)790-7529 to no avail, got sick of waiting and tried support line (310)846-0346 and after 2 hours 3 minutes of waiting to talk to someone everything is fixed and my 30 days is restored and wha-lah! Sounds like the issuse is the number of people trying to contact... guess next time they shouldn't mess up such an important layout haha
