Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

After being here since page 300 I thought I'd finally post as a thanks for the updates and all you guys/gals have given me. My account is fixed and here is what I did step by step:

*Make sure before you even call to setup a ticket on the Square Enix support page with the specific "Incorrectly Registered Service Account" form while logged into your account or it will probably not work. Just make sure it is in a green box on the right of the main support page.

1. Called 310-846-0400
2. Tell them to transfer you to Customer Service
3. Wait on hold for 3:23:56 (yep I remembered it exactly)
4. Rep (Mine was Daniel I believe) will answer the phone and ask for your ticket # and your full name. (He looked at mine and said "Yep, never seen this before!". We both laughed.)
5.Wait on hold for 2-3 minutes while spamming refresh on Mog Station and BAM! Service Account 1 has 30 days + my character! (Finally! :3) Service Account 2 is marked for deletion.

I waited on about 40 live chat queues for nothing. I might've just gotten lucky but Call>Chat. Thanks for your support guys it really helped keep my head on. Ask away if you need any more specifics.

Finally got through, they fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes and I'm playing now.

I'm on PC though, not sure if PS3 is still not being fixed.

Sat in chat help for 2 hours last night. Was 34th in queue to start. At the end of the 2 hour wait I am happy to say account was fixed within 10 min. Be patient and don't give up. BTW I'm not sure what all SE did in the maintenance but it sure the heck fixed my login issues. Thumbs up for that. Great game even with the hiccups to start.

You want to know what the insanely idiotic part is?
That this should have even been a problem in the first place.

Why on earth wasn't the pre-order service and product packaged together, instead of the several separate part that it was?
Whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired.
But because of shotty work and poor planning, they only ending up making a lot more work for themselves and pissed a whole lot of people off.

I'm almost positive this has already been answered (can't find the pages), but if I buy a second hard copy for the ps3, can I use it with my service account 1? Or would I be stuck using it on service account 2, which would be useless? I really don't want to buy a 2nd copy, but that being said, I would really like to play the game.

got through to live support yesterday, got my CE items but not the 30 days and the second account is still up as well, guess ill have to go back in again to talk to them x.x

Not sure. Good luck actually finding another copy. Digital sales are stopped and pretty much everyone is sold out of copys

Well everyone another day down for me as well. 9 and counting. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day but I'm not holding my breath. It will probably still be another day of me checking my emails and mog station every 2 hours...Please....PLEASE Square Enix or Sony or somebody...anybody, please fix ps3 users accounts so we can all play together. I want to be able to play with my bf and my FC again. >< I've given you my money...I've given you my time. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?
