I'm losing hope in SE also, I've submitted two in-game tickets so far, one 2 days after launch and I still havn't heard back from that one either and they don't seem to bother reading the forums, what is up with this damn company?
The content has been really great, but I am seriously feeling this way too. However good the game is, can't play it if you have no faith in the company to continue.

More tickets submitted, and still no answers. Guess can only hope that this thread catches their attention, but seems like they don't really care about it.

bump! I opened a ticket too and was told to post a thread. Would it help if you were to edit this thread and follow their template?
I agree. This is unfair for the majority of us who competitively try to stay at the top. Some of my friends had 1500 because of MULTIPLE resets. How a bug like this can even exist is beyond me. Regardless, this is NOT a minor issue and needs to be dealt with.
