    People who keep saying your accounts are being fixed....can you please tell us if you are PC or PS3? Please, please!! I wan't to know if there is any hope for us PS3 users or not. I'd rather KNOW that there isn't so I stop obsessing over this rather than wondering.

    Okay, so I got through after 4 hours and the guy on other end said that my ticket was escalated and processed. He said "now we're awaiting Sony to give us the CE code." I told him that the customer service reps at Sony claimed that they had nothing to do with the process and he claimed that it has nothing to Sony's customer service, but more sony itself. I told him that the reps contacted their supervisors on the matter, but he still claimed that it's Sony, their awaiting for the confirmation.

    I dunno who to believe. Us PS3 players just need to wait sadly.

    Edit: Also to note, this is the same guy I've been talking to every time I call phone support.

    OMG! Really? They said that? Urgh.... I'm with you. I want to say SE is lying but....idk... Who the hell should I call? I called Sony once...is there another Sony number? Thank you so much for updating us with the relevant information you where told.

    1 800 345 7669 That is the Sony number I called. Maybe we should all start bothering Sony and they can get to the bottom of this for us. Anyone have any know-how on what the SE agent could have meant? How do we get Sony to get their butts moving if it really is them? Or catch SE up in a lie if that is the case.

    I don't think there's anything we can do at this point. Neither customer service has that kind of power to motivate either company to move any faster than they are as of now.

    It's a bit concerning though. SE points to Sony and Sony points to SE... SE said they're waiting for codes from Sony but Sony claims they have no part in this...I'm worried no ones doing anything but thinking things are getting done. Because, you know, SE has terrible communications as it is I wouldn't put it past them.

    I've just dealt with similar situations like this before and I found that bugging them really doesn't speed up the process. You're better off doing something else with your time. You win the battle till they announce when the PS3 codes will be given out. I forgot to say that the NA guy claimed they just now received a butt load of PC codes to supply. I'll take that with a grain of salt, but that would explain the amount of PC user fixes in this forum.

    I was crying, I hated SE, I wanted to do a chargeback.

    I got through CS just before closing time, they fixed everything. Square-Enix is the best, their CS is the best. I love them to death. Life is wonderbar.
