HOOOOOOOOOLLLLY CRAP!! 4 hrs on hold and finally a guy answered! I was so surprised that I began speaking gibberish to the guy with my words all jumbled up. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel guys, just stick with it (I used phone service & also my problem was on PC). Honestly, it's been a weirdly fantastical experience on this thread- reading about people getting rip roaring drunk, what cigars to smoke if I ever became interested, etc. Really, good luck to the rest of you guys, hoping the best.
One last thing- if anyone else is starting of going on the new servers after the maintenance & wants to create a serious crafting / gathering FC, let me know. All the best of luck wherever you guys go!
I don't think there's anything we can do at this point. Neither customer service has that kind of power to motivate either company to move any faster than they are as of now.OMG! Really? They said that? Urgh.... I'm with you. I want to say SE is lying but....idk... Who the hell should I call? I called Sony once...is there another Sony number? 1 800 345 7669 That is the Sony number I called. Maybe we should all start bothering Sony and they can get to the bottom of this for us. Anyone have any know-how on what the SE agent could have meant? How do we get Sony to get their butts moving if it really is them? Or catch SE up in a lie if that is the case.

I am currently waiting on the phone and in live chat. position 65 in live chat and have been waiting on the phone for about 2hours now.... So once 6:00pm hits guess we will find out if they just get up and go and say forget everyone that didn't get assisted before 6:00 try again tomorrow.

I had everything prepaired on notepad, good luck to everyone else.
I had a good feeling coz they almost closing and no1 going on queue so the system didn't booted me to stay around 300 ppl on queue.
It's a bit concerning though. SE points to Sony and Sony points to SE... SE said they're waiting for codes from Sony but Sony claims they have no part in this...I'm worried no ones doing anything but thinking things are getting done. Because, you know, SE has terrible communications as it is I wouldn't put it past them.
I'm NA, had the multiple service account problem. My issue was escalated and my ticket closed at time of escalation, about 6 hours later my account has been merged and now both #1-#2 have CE on them. Hang in there guys. you'll get it fixed.
