Think I might be in a meaningless queue right now, but whatever, spot 239.
I have tried chat support for NA 3x and currently have 4 more chats on que...so far the 3x that I reached to #1 I just got no agents available or disonnected.
No agent available in all 4 of my browsers for the 3rd time today all popup blockers turned off, firewalls turned off,ABP+ turned off or never installed. On my 3rd phone call still on 1 hour 52 minutes so far. My other 2 phone calls hung up at exactly the 2 hour mark dunno if that is SE or Sprint/Boost luckily I have unlimited everything or I would be pretty pissed about the time I have spent on the phone(40+ hours as of now).
Really don't know what to do at this point wasn't even my mistake I am a 1.0/legacy I didn't even apply a code it appeared as a 2nd service account when my beta was in 1 I never created the 2nd service it was SE.
Okay, so I got through after 4 hours and the guy on other end said that my ticket was escalated and processed. He said "now we're awaiting Sony to give us the CE code." I told him that the customer service reps at Sony claimed that they had nothing to do with the process and he claimed that it has nothing to Sony's customer service, but more sony itself. I told him that the reps contacted their supervisors on the matter, but he still claimed that it's Sony, their awaiting for the confirmation.
I dunno who to believe. Us PS3 players just need to wait sadly.
Edit: Also to note, this is the same guy I've been talking to every time I call phone support.

This experience has left a very deep stain on SE's record for me. I had plan to sub 90 days at a time, but now will not even have it on auto renew for the foreseeable future just because SE doesn't deserve that type of loyalty.
Besides, I'll still have to fight and kill the 1017 and 90000 tag team boss match to be able to login again after maintenance.

1 800 345 7669 That is the Sony number I called. Maybe we should all start bothering Sony and they can get to the bottom of this for us. Anyone have any know-how on what the SE agent could have meant? How do we get Sony to get their butts moving if it really is them? Or catch SE up in a lie if that is the case.
