Typed a long ass thing but it logged me out so nuts to that.

Definitely agree. GCD and animations are a limiting factor when using the keyboard and brings the controller to near equal footing. However, I feel camera and movement would be limited since you would have to devote button presses to manipulating the dpad with the controller + hotbar control scheme whereas with a mouse and kb it's something most pc players should be familiar with.

Other than that, I just thought it was a bit harsh of Dreaming to dismiss moriandrio's comment as silly when they were making a general statement and not targeting anyone in particular.

tl;dr I support the addition of this control scheme but I feel the XBar is more efficient in terms of button presses.
