Remember when XI came out...very smooth after 3-6months
Remember when 1.0 came out...it was never really "smooth" but close and I played that for 15months off/on (mostly on) all for free, aside from the game purchase....
Now we have 2.0... if you're not happy, come back by the end of this month and see the improvements.

"Whoops, we forgot we made 1/2 the worlds from 1.0 into JP worlds and didn't make new ones for each side (especially since we capped logins per world). Sorry we only prepared for 250-350k people to start the game right away. We are currently at 1.5M and counting. Wed's 10hr maint should address some of these issues. We are opening new worlds and raising the login capacity considerably. Enjoy an additional free week on us and don't forget, world transers will be opening in the next month or so."
