Also, if you guys care so much about the game then instead of driving the OP away with your White Knighting you would probably get better results being way more polite. SE screwed up, there's simply no question about it, and making people who are already upset about the crap service feel even worse with your apologetic insults isn't going to gain XIV any new costumers.

And last, there are also many problems right now because of account issues (not only login issues) where SE's customer service is even dismissing unresolved tickets altogether after a couple of days. And didn't the guys at Costumer Service take the day(s) off in the middle of so many players with said account issues due to the unintuitive MogStation (that no one ever got to beta test in the first place) in addition to the people asking for a refund?

Either way trying to sweep things under the rug will only make it worse.
No ones bothered by it but the forums isn't the place to request one. He, just like so many others, just expect way to much out of an MMO. It's MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER ONLINE not single player. Every single MMO has had similiar issues with their launch. You get the same mind numbing ass crying from all the people who lack the patience to wait it out. They're working on it. It's not like they took the money and ran and basically said SCREW YOU ALL! We are ALL dealing with the same issue. Besides when you buy computer software and you use the serial code you aren't really entitled to a refund especially if you click OKAY to the User Agreement because it states, in every online user agreement, that uptime and playtime is not 100% guaranteed and besides that they are giving us playtime back due to this issue.
