    Am i the only one who think this is disrespectful from SE ?

    THIS IS NOT A THREAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ERRORS NEITHER THE SERVER BEING FULL , IT's ABOUT COMMUNICATION FROM SE PLEASE STOP REPLYING ABOUT THE WORST LAUNCH EVER OR X ERROR THAT HAVE BEEN BUGGING YOU PLEASE

    I always supported SE since the beginning of the launch/EA through all the errors , i do understand games can be buggy and i understand they could not anticipate the numbers of players that would return or buy the game when it launched but there's one thing that bothers me...

    For 2-3 days now more and more people are getting huge lag spikes followed most of the time by a disconnect from the server with the Error 90000 , most of the people started having even more problem since around 1:00 am this morning , multiple post were made here in the Technical Support to have an answer to that and almost 10 hours after this issue have become even worst to a point where people log in and get disconnected 1 or 2 minutes after being logged in , we still have no news about this issue anywhere from SE.

    Also this morning since maybe 7 or 8 am EST time we started getting lobby error , again there is multiple threads about this issue right now and just like the other problem if you really look at the forum you can't miss it.

    So right now we have a group of errors mixing together and if you add the World Full (1017) error well your chance to log in are practically nonexistent.

    But this is not where i think SE is being disrespectful , where i think the line have been cross is today , at 5:49 am when SE announced this news here : http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...82b633c56153a4

    If you read it you will see it's an announcement telling us that the JP servers are having issues logging in the game and the matter is being addressed right now.

    The rest of the world is having huge latency/disconnections problems for days and it's been worst and worst since this morning and we have yet to hear from SE about it , we are experiencing errors with the launcher and the lobby servers for 3 to 4 hours now and still nothing from SE on that matter also.

    That's where i find it disrespectful.

    This is not a thread to complain about the errors themselves but about the customer service and the feedback we receive from them as a NA/EU player compared to the JP players.

    Anyone else think the same thing ?

    Edit : I would have posted this in the general discussion but i can't post anywhere but here so sorry for that.

    I'm surprised by that too...NA/EU are having faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar my problems.

    Fix is Wednesday. NA/EU won't have nothing till then, if that even works.
    I was hopin' for a little bit of something so I can play before then.

    The support portal team for NA/EU is off today... so, filing a report falls on deaf ears until tomorrow morning. Best we can do is hope someone picks up the complaints on the forums.

    You clearly didn't read my thread friend. I am not complaining about any errors , also there's no news recently for the NA/EU servers , if you are talking about the maintenance of tomorrow well that's for server capacity and stability. The errors i listed in my explanation are new ones, not the 1017 world full error , SE couldn't make an announcement about it 2 days before it happens. Next time you try to be rude to someone at least take the time to read the whole thread please.

    ^^ You are the type of person that needs a kick in the head. At this point no one is being "entitled" without due. It has officially launched... And launched with inferior servers. We don't expect a company as big as SE to launch such a big MMO in the modern day without anything but the best of the best as far as server technology is concerned. This is a multi Million dollar a month caliber game, and this type of inferior technology supporting it is absolutely unacceptable. While I do support SE in this game, since they do have a good product on their hands, I am not beyond letting them or anyone that supports something so ridiculous as "entitlement" or "they have addressed it" comments that it is not satisfactory. They haven't addressed anything yet and we only have hopes that this will be fixed by Wednesday.

    We got news about the JP log in problems , we could have some about our problems. Anyway the point here is simply the lack of communication in general with the NA/EU group when we have massive errors while we get news about the JP servers.

    I believe they are not complaining about known issues, but the fact there has been a service announcement stating that JP are having login issues while there has been no mention of NA/EU issues today.

    why are people taking days off when they're having a huge fail at launch? This is simple business. You work your tail off at launch then coast, this goes for any job. SE is a complete failure. I hope they sink. They don't deserve to thrive.
