He's a customer who bought a product and is rightfully annoyed about the quality of his product. if you are happy with yours that's brilliant, but he's allowed to rant about it and make his experience heard, as anyone else is. How untidy the forum posts there are is not your job, so you shouldn't have to worry about it.

I've been able to get in at any point of the day. Mornings are easier than most others, but as with any massive computer program where it is not run locally on your machine, there are going to be issues. Yes, there are files installed on your computer or PS3, but those files do nothing but make load times from the servers more efficient. The game hasn't even been out for a full week. Anyone remember all the problems that Skyrim had? It's no different aside from the fact that SE is pushing out the updates and enhancements at a much faster pace.
I never tried decided anything, you were the first to decide where people should or shouldn't post somewhere, and you started with a pretty pointless first comment.
