Think about this if your cable goes out because of the cable provider you can be refunded those days off your bill. Time to put a band aid on this sucking chest wound. You can track when players log in, with that said I DEMAND the days that I could not log on be added my subscription. This is only fair, the ability to NOT play is not my fault but yours. If you can not look at this as fair treatment for your paying customers than you are failing as a business. Think of the loss of money as a lesson or think of the subscribers you will lose by not at least trying to to do this. This is a great game but the overall product can NOT be enjoyed, due to your piss poor planning. You knew how many testers you had in all the beta tests and the servers held what didn't plan for more people for launch. The customer service is down right horrible, you call your service number and talk to a machine and listen to music you might get a rep in an hour or two. Yoshi-P will be remembered by the lack of customer care rather than the game that was produced. He is the top spot so he feels the ultimate pain but that needs to roll down hill too. Before the mass firing and hiring please your customer some how. This crap about try to log on at a later time, nah I pay for electricity, cpu and internet. Now I have paid for this game and it decides when I play. Spending hours yes hours trying to log in is a shame. If your doctor told you the need you to call back again tomorrow to see if you can be seen for ONE day you would be pissed off. If you doctor told you have a serious virus and didn't give you so kind of medication they would lose their license. Yeah those are very extreme but you understand them better with those metaphor than the reality that your customers call out for assistants.
