I am so sick of seeing this. There will be no fix on Wednesday. Adding servers does not fix the problem. Once the new servers are in place, the task will be moving populations over to the new servers. As there has been zero discussion from SE on this and we are only 2 days out shows that once again, SE has no plan in place and will not be prepared. So you can add on about 2 more days after maintenance before they decide how they are going to do server transfers. Then they have to come up with an ill conceived way of people signing up for transfers. But even then, there is the fact that since we cannot see server loads, we have no idea where we need to transfer or if we should stay put. Sorry to burst the fanbois bubbles, but this problem is far from over. It will easily be another week (most likely 2 more) before the transfer system is in place and we can make a clear determination on where to transfer. The addition of new servers will only create a minimal amount of relief as most people are not going to up and start all over.
@OP: Have you heard of the concept called paragraphs?

Quit whining about the same thing on the forums in another thread. If you don't like it leave, that's one less person trying to get in until they increase the server capacity. You also should understand that their customer service is so slow, because everyone has to call in and whine about the same thing. Everyone else is calling for a legit issue, such as their registration code. What people don't understand is that when someone underestimated the number of servers they needed, that companies don't have a server store down the street like we do with retail stores. Those servers are delicate and have to be shipped from different places worldwide. It takes a while, but I do agree they should have assumed more people would join, just to be safe. Also because its a rising trend to have a bad launch because of server capacity.
Don't flame him because Op is totally right. Stupid things like asking does he know what paragraphs are.... The truth of the matter is I was lucky enough to get in early on most days, but apart from the that had no chance of getting in the last three days. It's totally unacceptable. Yes I've played MMO's years and yes I know they can be buggy but not this bad into the launch, it's so poor and they had multiple occasions to stress their servers. The response SE give to these matters are more irritating then informational. And just because he is rightfully annoyed about it you feel the need to abuse him and back SE up, I understand that the issue can't be resolved quickly until they find a fix. But you can't ignore how much interruption they have caused either. They need to announce exactly where they stand with it or what to expect, so people aren't wasting hours trying to log in.

OP gets flamed because he made a new thread for the same rant in other threads. He wants attention, we gave it to him. If he didn't want it, he should have posted a reply on another thread.
So why are you here reading these threads? Is there even any point in your reply? He's a customer who bought a product and is rightfully annoyed about the quality of his product. if you are happy with yours that's brilliant, but he's allowed to rant about it and make his experience heard, as anyone else is. How untidy the forum posts there are is not your job, so you shouldn't have to worry about it.

More bad analogies please.
If you really wanted a refund, contact SE directly. There's a separate department just to deal with that so you shouldn't have any problem at all.

We don't get shit after Wednesday unless they say otherwise. Tired of people saying we are getting 7 days, actually read the statement carefully. Yoshida said it was "being considered" and the details won't be released until after Wednesday.
