adding new worlds is a good first step, but it isn't going to help the people on already existing servers who are having trouble logging in.

- Implementation of countermeasures to handle the influx of concurrent user counts as a result of split processing the duty finder
- Address several known issues

You forgot these 2 as they are extremely important to this "10 hour" Maint. :P

They have to get it resolved, they have no choice. If they don't, well.....pitchforks and torches at the data center...they'll loose a big customer base for sure. People aren't going to put up with this very much longer, only the real die hards.

#1 They lasted a week and still trying to get in, to me I see them as "die-hards" just as well as the other people are XD.
#2 If most of the issues are gone and only small issues remain, I think people will be alright with it, "as long as people can get in within 20 min lol"
#3 I am sure by the end of 1 month, we will all look back and laugh at how angry a lot of people were.
#4 I do agree with you, most of these issues need to be resolved ( at least put in a better functioning Queue).
