compensation - something, typically money, awarded to someone as a recompense for loss, injury, or suffering.They're "considering" adding 7 days to accounts on the 4th when they fix the servers. Not that it's really compensation since there's an extremely large amount of players who won't even get to play at all during those 7 days of server problems. So they'd essentially just be resetting your free trial back to the default amount of days, but not including anything for your aggravation, wasted time, loss of entertainment, and loss of potential character advancement.
resetting your free trial is all the compensation they need to do. To say you need more than that..... cry us all a river.

Loss=Time - one week of it in fact. Recompense: They extend us the week we lost. Cool move.
Injury=Time - Most of us have high value on the time we extend to our activities around us. This causes us pain when the method with which we CHOOSE to spend our time tells us "Sorry, the world is full and there is no Que active to log in - ever".
Suffering=Emotional attachment that we have to our spare time is enormous. People work very hard to earn money, time off, entertainment. Sure, we are on a free period at the moment, and that great, but what matters is the time we have been afforded to lose due to their negligence and "miscalculations" as Yoshi put it.
Now from my understand, Compensation is required to meet the fair value of the claimed loss, injury, or suffering. Since I make 50 dollars an hour at work, is it fair to assume that the 21 hours in the last 3 days I've expended on my weekend to log in should adequate me 1050 dollars of value? We aren't asking for a free lifetime subscription, but we would like our TIME to be worth something to SE enough to offer recompense for the suffering and loss we have experienced. It's not much to ask to be valued as individuals and investors of their company and game.
My sentiments, anyway.

People deserve much better than this. This is not a new company that just got into making games in the early 90s where the internet was still young. This is an experienced company that knows what a game like this requires. Poor planning and poor follow up has lead to people questioning the success or potential of this game. Now, people can say it's just a game, get over it or something like you haven't paid a monthly sub yet. Those 2 statements have no relevance what so ever. All I can say again is "people deserve better".

No. No free days. So it takes us longer to get veteran rewards? No thanks. How about a title like "Codebreaker" or "Error Refugee"? Or maybe a pet OK button that repeatedly clicks itself when you walk? Something we can show for going through this crap. I can afford time.
