- crit aura 20%(pugilist)
- dmg aura 20%(lancer)
and some handy spells like convalescence, mantra, etc
arent them enough to compensate stat difference?

internal release il 30% crit but only 15 sec every 60 sec
blood for blood is 30% as well for 20 sec every 80 sec (and 25% dmg taken >.<)
we still have 20% boost from archer

You have more life more mana more magic potency more heal potency ALWAYS. And i'd say it's not just few points
Plus i find pretty useful convert for when i cast too many fire or when i want to make full use of archer buff and trow one more fire with 20% buff

And they give you equipment that are class specific with really good stats compared to nonmelded ones. I'm now lv 47, if i'd have to remove BLM i'd have to find equipment on par on that and i don't think i'll find it easily

they anyway said that class should be optimal for solo plays with more versatility but jobs are better for party plays where you can count on other ppl doing their job and you should focus on yours
