Doesn't actually look like a normal staff. I think it kinda looks like an elongated pole with a furnace on the end of it, possibly archanist use alchemy related items inside there furnace to produce dark incantations lol

Why would they have a scythe? Arcanists are predominantly on the "classic" mage side. Combat scythe should likely go to a Dark Knight type class if anything.

Personally it intrigues me. It looks to be more than just some old staff but more. It looks a bit more mechanical and I can't wait to see the higher leveled/different variations.
