    I think the system togheter is broken

    1. When you Rank up its almost only leaves or behest

    2. Its going so fast and easy you not need any more abilities then hit hit WS
    or tossing out some cure

    3. First ranks also so fast why waste your time buying low rank equip when you not need it ?

    4. Stats on Equip do you really need it to rank up ?
    the mobs in behest or the leaves going so fast there is no need to tweak your character to get next rank faster

    5. You got all these skills in the classes but how many you got time use before the mobs are dead in behest and the battle leaves ?

    6. In FFXI u had use for the armor and skills here you got Rank 50 before you even got chance try them out

    7. Why wasting time tweak your equip abilities list when you need hit some ws cure to get to Rank 50

    8. The way equip really improved your character in FFXI was a much greater system

    9. Fights in behest battle leaves you really not need anything else then hit hit WS then toss out some cures not to often also

    I would have been happier if this game released without leves, and we had to grind mobs to level. They should have implemented leves later on, as an option for "solo" play, because right now they don't serve their purpose. They are supposed to be weaker mobs, made for solo players to have something to do when they log on. Right now they're weaker mobs, that we zerg with 8 people with no challenge.

    This game would have been much harder RIGHT NOW without leves. I'm also not exactly sure why they encourage you to party for content specifically designed for solo players. A level30 leve mob has a lot less hp and does a lot less damage than a field level30 mob, again proving that they were intended for solo players.

    Can't agree more with this - because their difficulty is adjustable, there're many players who just choose the easy route and solo them. In short, they are anti-social!

    Honestly I think they are great... as a side option. The only problem with the system (except for the awkward reset time) is that it was all that there was at launch. Sure now we have quests and NMs to hunt (some of which are IN leviquests) they should never have been more than a just one of many options. Because all in all the system is good.

    Pros: Fast way to level, good for solo or party, never ending (though repetitive) content, unique trade in for better rewards system, and it gives adventurers a center that is great for immersion (before they were just kinda jobless people running around killing stuff but in this game they have a centralized place to look for work).

    Cons: reset timer/leve per day limit, lack of verity (serioulsy, no escort missions, no kill as many as possible before timer runs out or defend the area Leves? Just kill more stuff?), and repetitiveness (in what leve you play).

    Really the system is great, but it could use some creativity and work.

    A few of them are too hard to solo at the same level (Ex: Solo Rank 12 has a hard time solo-ing Rank 10 leves, mostly because of problems with AoE) but the difficulty doesn't scale well enough vs. parties.

    Honestly I think it'll be better after the battle changes since most of the problems right now come from unintended aggro from AoEs or instant death from 8 AoEs.

    I'v Done so many Leve's Just the thought of them makes me want to punch bunny's.

    They just need to be a challenge really. And push players to devlop playing skills to learn
    how to play a roll in a team situation. They don't do this at all

    I find that you can only find parties for Leves when you have some to contribute. Once you have burned through your 8 Leves then it is very hard to join a party to do them as there is always somebody else who has some to increase your SP gain.

    I would like to see SE implement another way to exp, hopefully these new quest hubs could be an addition to this.

    If SE allowed you to do Leves & Quests for exp via solo/group play and they adjust the SP gain for world grinding this game would be far better and keep people playing.

    I feel bored of these its alot worser then FFXI first you have get the right leaves becouse people only wanna do some of them the one with high SP then waiting for full party same as in FFXI but here you allready now whats gonna happen becouse you did these leaves 100 times before in same way.

    In FFXI each party was atleast diffrent depending on the jobs the skills of the people you played with where the camp was and so on.

    You could be at same camp 100 times in FFXI and still it was diffrence depending on the party setup and how experienced the players was what equipment they got and if they used food or not.


    Give us fun party play back please.

    I think guildleves are great for quick xp, but I really wish they were not the meat and potatoes of FFXIV. They get very monotonous quite quickly. They aren't very Final Fantasy to me either.

    leves in this game are one of the biggest fails in the game, they like normal garbage grind quests in other games without the awsome maps that have mobs that agro every inch of the maps, and in other games u only do each quest 1time, if u make another toon, u skip most of them and only do some good ones all way to max. in this game it's a brainless thing where setting up the group is the most challenging thing and they expect us to repeat it over and over and over and over and... ok

    no one does regular grind, i say get ride of it or make grinding just as valuable. my static almost has every dow and dom to 50 from just doing leves and it's stupid, and all there is to do after is craft or run around doing mini quests that are the same but all lowbie garbage.

    i suggest getting rid of them completly, cause what i'm invisioning is they expect to keep adding new ones to new crystals and keep calling this new content, erm that is a frickin joke if they do this. i'm sick of them, they not fun. only thing enjoyable is that they are party play, but even then with all the work from them u need a static so u'r not meeting new people either.

    no one completes them so the reward system is useless, only the best ones are done and all the zones are empty. if u don't get them done close to reset time then u'r screwed with hours of shouting and fail to get a group going, but yeah u can go solo it for whatever point there is in that. Bring back the grind!! Get rid of Yoshi the Yes Man he just as bad as tanaka and is taking this game the rest of the way crashing down.
