This whole situation is shameful. I finally got in contact with someone after like 15 hours and then again shortly after because it was EU support and not NA. I was just clicking on reposted chat links for the wrong region. No wonder it was so easy. I don't know if it's me or what, but I have yet to see an actual link, button, or image for chat on the SE support. It doesn't list any form of actual support... only what the latest games are.

Neither EU rep could do anything so I asked them where I actually find the link, image, or button... one gave me the wrong NA link for support and the other just said I don't know and rushed me off. I told the guy that the link is wrong and he said because they're closed. I'm talking 404 page not found wrong. I asked them if I'm stuck until Wednesday and they said no they're open tomorrow 9ampst-5pmpst. How are these people so rife with misinformation?

Like many others, I'm worried that we'll be locked out again from whatever extension they're offering. I'm starting to think this company isn't as big as people think it is. If it were my company I'd authorize as much overtime as needed... all hands on deck. Even fully staffed, I doubt they're equipped. I'm sure this is a historic event within the company. Years from now they'll sing some people's praises and kick dirt on others. It's gonna be like before ARR and after ARR. I already paid up my crysta for 3 months. If I had waited one more day til this fiasco I would've taken that money and put it on GTAV. We have 550+ pages I think we could've gotten much more attention had our voices been spread out amongst hundreds of personal blogs pointing to each other. They can wipe this thread any minute. I think they'll do that before they acknowledge such a high level of incompetence among their different branches.
