No one seems to be mentioning this issue (multiple service accounts) in the media. I'm curious as to how many have actually had this problem now. It's difficult to gauge how widespread this problem is as well. This thread isn't a good indication, sadly.

It's the most commented and viewed thread in all the forums.... And there are probably thousands others who don't even use these forums (Or probably can't even figure out how thanks to SE awesome web design..) and those who use others or none at all. I think that alone is a heavy indicator to how high a problem this is and how many are effected..

Yeah, it's tough to get an exact amount of how many..but considering the long Q's, our tickets just being tossed out because there are so many and the amount of publicity it is getting on the forums you can assume a lot.

The views are definitely interesting and that's why I'm genuinely curious how widespread the multiple service account issue is and why it's not being covered on the web. It's still incredibly difficult to gauge considering the amount of spam in here and it's a bit narrow-minded to view the average chat queue duration as something exclusively related to this issue when the vast majority of posts everywhere but here are concerning server stability and lobby errors.

Edit: Hopefully the folks Matrinka and the others reached out to have tried to actively communicate with SE about this issue. It would also be awesome to have another CR post with something more specific than information already contained in this thread.
