I want a refund

Regardless of what you say, do or want you will not receive a refund, it clearly states in the ToS that once the box has been opened it can no longer be returned, it's like buying a toothbrush using it and taking it back saying you don't like it, they'd laugh at you.

Except in this case the toothbrush has no bristles, and thus I wasn't able to brush my teeth.
Yes, a refund is in order, say what you will.
