    That is exactly what I'm predicting will happen to the majority of us with an unwanted second service account. I just don't understand why SE is so slow in fixing a problem their poor design allowed to happen. Hell, I'd even take a fake excuse at this point, because at least they'd address the situation.

    I realize that it was my mistake for selecting a second service account, but after waiting in chat queues everyday since the 27th from 9 to 6pm each of those days my tolerance is getting a bit thin. I've never even gotten to speak with a rep since that cancelled screen appears every time I get to the number 1 spot. I don't really want to shell out for a long distance call (and related wait times) for something that is ultimately user error.
    Has any NA player gotten their account fixed? And if so, if it possible to borrow your powers of persuasion to convince SE to release a time table on getting this done? Honestly, I'd just be happy to know a time table that isn't "within 48 hours" or "up to 2 weeks."

    So here's my Customer Service Survey Response

    0's across the board, except for the question that asked if I'd recommend the game to anyone else...I gave that a 5, let's be honest once I get to play I'll be loving it again.

    Addt'l Comments:

    "I've waited a cumulative 12+ hours in the queue for Live Chat and received service ONCE - after all other attempts (5+ attempts in 2 hour+ queues) I was disconnected "No Agents are Currently Available" Upon reaching the front of the queue.

    The one time I did speak to a representative, I was informed that I would need to submit the appropriate form and re-contact Live Chat service. Absolutely no immediate concern was expressed, a 2 week wait time was suggested, and the representative disconnected abruptly, ending the prized (I say "prized" because the LARGE community of individuals experiencing issues similar to mine are all experiencing extremely poor response rates) session before I could voice my concern.

    I have submitted multiple support tickets but received nothing but "canned" auto-generated responses which do not in any way, shape or form address my issue (they even include Beta-Invite information in this response - the Beta ended more than a week ago).

    My initial tickets, which were never resolved, were closed after 48 hours and I was informed (through another canned email response) that the reason for their closure was to allow Customer Service to deal with more pressing matters - Suggesting that the fact that I am unable to play my game/character is not pressing.

    I understand that the game is just now released and that the Customer Service team may be receiving an extreme volume of tickets/sessions/issues, but the fact that SO MANY people are experiencing registration issues and SO FEW people are having them resolved after SO LONG a wait is absurd. Please help your players find solutions to this and other issues in a timely manner."


    I'm sure they'll never read it, but It's nice to know I got to vent through some "official" outlet.

    Oh, they'll read it, and immediately classify you as an outlier and toss your responses. I was so hopeful that I'd get a survey as well, so I could trash their customer support capabilities (not the quality of people on staff, but the number).

    Exactly why this needs to be a priority (I sure hope so) so you guys won't miss out. Why even offer it if there's a pretty big percentage that will not even be able to use it if not solved. They need the people who work with this issue to work around the clock (not people working 24hrs straight: just working different shifts, early morn, night, overnight, midday, etc.)

    So I was able to make contact with a support agent last night, and they fixed my account today. I think it took about 18-20 hours to get it fixed. Still, it is really stupid how its people who get into chat/phone support who gets priority over people who fill in the form.

    That's the thing, though. It ISN'T your fault. Even the "fixed" service account page doesn't have a proper button or anything for adding a registration code to an existing service account. I took this screenshot a few hours ago:

    Guess ill post this here since this thread seems popular and for some reason the forum wont recognize my character to let me make my own thread... Does anyone have any idea who id contact to get some kind of proof of purchase for 1.0. I got it straight from the square website. For some reason I cant re subscribe because it keeps asking for a reg. key. Which I shouldn't have to since I already purchased the damn thing. Been four days now of being on hold for their horrible CS and no one knows anything. Despite the fact that my account says I had an account on Nov 17th 2012. But nothing shows on their computers. All I keep getting from them is "why not buy it again" really fucking tired of this. Yes I am pissed.
