It's okay, I didn't intend to do that. At least EU players would be able to find the solution this weekend. That's what I'm aiming for. This will reduce the income of tickets, as well. I don't think that 7 days is enough. The free days should've started since EA ended and continue to go on until things get fixed, but not like we can get in to play lol. My husband said he's going to give it a few days and see if it hopefully gets fixed. He's already talked to support twice about the service account issue.
Just reminding people that the 7 days extended trial is for people with active games on their account. If you don't get fixed by the time this is implemented, it will be added to your second(or third) accounts that are currently at 25 days or so. They will not apply to your first account with early access bonuses, because that account has no game attached to it yet(or you would be playing right now) and thus no free trial.
It won't do a shred of any good to us unless we get our accounts fixed before they hand those out.
