I realize that it was my mistake for selecting a second service account, but after waiting in chat queues everyday since the 27th from 9 to 6pm each of those days my tolerance is getting a bit thin. I've never even gotten to speak with a rep since that cancelled screen appears every time I get to the number 1 spot. I don't really want to shell out for a long distance call (and related wait times) for something that is ultimately user error.
Has any NA player gotten their account fixed? And if so, if it possible to borrow your powers of persuasion to convince SE to release a time table on getting this done? Honestly, I'd just be happy to know a time table that isn't "within 48 hours" or "up to 2 weeks."
