There's no way to stop this, let the people who want to do it do it. They didn't earn their levels, they don't know how to play their jobs, they don't know about proper party mechanics or battle regimens. They're pretty much just bad players in general.

I'd rather they not do something to try to stop this and end up hurting legitimate players (like measures against RMT).

This. There are people that get to 50 on those jobs that have no idea how to play them or what to do with any of their abilities. It's the same as bot crafters. I would think most don't even know which tool to HQ with when making some items if they even try to make something when rank 50.
