Unable to click "start" button

Thats because it has nothing to do with firewalls (in this instance). Its because SE thinks that there is only a few thousand NA/EU players, so they made the servers too small for concurrent connections... so now we are basically ddosing the login server making the problem worse, instead of sitting in a que. This in turns overflows the lobby part of the launcher, causing the start button to gray out.

ps: I'm also having the same grayed-out start button problem.
