It really isn't making the problem worse, it is more of making the company more well known of its issues. It's called Out Sourcing.
Option A clearly doesn't work, so go to Option B and let them know that Option A totally blows and forward it up the chain to fix it.
I'm in Florida. Outdoors is pretty uncomfortable right now. Although, taking a break from being inert does sound like a good idea. I'm going to go swimming then come back here and stir up trouble for SE NA customer support some more.

oh, my account was fixed several pages ago (arnd page 150+ or so) and i still hang around here. EU account though.
You know, that must have been my problem yesterday. I wanted in queue for chat 2.5 hours, I got to #1 at 8:00 pm central time, which would have been 6 pm pst. I bet they simply clocked out and didn't bother to cancel the chat queue. I'd have rather had that then sit for an extra hour without knowing there was no one on the other end.
Word to the wise? I'd get in chat queue right at 2 pm in case there is a 5 hour wait![]()
