besides there's shit ton of dead time between farming fates anyway.
I just emailed everyone in the Square Enix press / public relations department. Here's hoping one of them reads my email rather than just trashing it.

Maybe once their PR people hear of how we're starting to spread horrible word of mouth they'll step in and try to quickly fix things. I linked them to this thread, the thread on Reddit, and the article on MMORPG.com that mentioned how horrible customer service has been for this game.

oh, my account was fixed several pages ago (arnd page 150+ or so) and i still hang around here. EU account though.
I have had a ticket in since launch, only gotten a generic reply and don't know if the ticket is still open or if it got canceled with all the tickets 2 days ago, I'm being as nice as I possible can.
