


Because I want to know if a closed ticket from over 24 hours ago was ignored, deleted, or an error. I can't get in touch with ANYONE in North America and just want some information.Why? What information are you going to gain that isn't already in this thread? Why are a bunch of North American players even joining European chat queues and further congesting the system while simultaneously complaining that their customer support is heavily congested and spamming website contact information to log complaints? Why not wait for North American chat to go live and handle your account situation there? You guys are literally compounding an already bad situation and hurting our Eurobros wait times. Jesus Christ, guys.
