I gave up after several days of my tickets being closed, no one answering phone support and went out and bought another CE copy of the game. The money I spent was well worth not having to try and deal with customer support anymore.

I agree, and am doing the same thing. I'm assuming you had luck with correctly registering your code this time around? Are you on PC or PS3?

I keep bouncing between 1 and 2 in the chat. I'm hoping that EU can give me some information about closed escalated tickets since I know they can't help me with my actual account, because I'm in NA.

Why? What information are you going to gain that isn't already in this thread? Why are a bunch of North American players even joining European chat queues and further congesting the system while simultaneously complaining that their customer support is heavily congested and spamming website contact information to log complaints? Why not wait for North American chat to go live and handle your account situation there? You guys are literally compounding an already bad situation and hurting our Eurobros wait times. Jesus Christ, guys.

I've also successfully made it into the EU chat w/ a NA account and they were not able to help me. So, for now, I'm waiting for NA chat to open up. But, has anyone verified that they would be working this weekend? I believe I saw an announcement on the EU side, but it being a holiday weekend in the states, I'm curious if anyone will be manning the chat.

Because I want to know if a closed ticket from over 24 hours ago was ignored, deleted, or an error. I can't get in touch with ANYONE in North America and just want some information.
