Like most others in this thread I had the problem with accidentally creating a 2nd service account when I meant to register my collectors edition. I've send in tickets (now closed) and spent 8 hours waiting for live chat, only to reach the front of the line and it tell me there's no one there right now, and boot me out. I did finally reach someone via live chat, and they told me there were escalating my ticket as much as possible. That was 2 days ago. I'm now 4 days into my free 30 days and unable to play because my service account 1 has no active subscription while service account 2 with the slowly expiring 30 days has no characters. Apparently escalating my ticket means very little. Great game. Horrible web site and support. The company execs behind the running of things should be ashamed.
