    You: Greetings. I created a ticket regarding registering my Collectors Edition of Realm Reborn to a new Service Account by accident a few days ago. As you guys no doubt know; this appears to be a common problem that I've fallen into. I would like to get this Collectors Edition back to my early access account. Service Account 1. So I now turn to you in hopes you can assist me in fusing the two service accounts, or placing Service Account 2 onto 1 without a loss of characters or items on account 1. Can you help me please?

    SEE Agent Chris: Ok, can I take your name, date of birth, e-mail address and SQUARE ENIX ID please

    SEE Agent Chris: Thank you. I understand you are looking to have the CE move from service account 2 to service account 1

    SEE Agent Chris: The Collector's Edition has now been moved to the correct service account for you now

    Maybe this gives a bit of hope to whoever still has this horrid problem.
