SEE Agent Cynthia: Unfortunately, since you already own a full version of the game on service account 1, no new full version can be registered on there. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do but ask you to purchase the Digital Upgrade for service account 1 instead.
You: Can't an upgrade code just be added? I've already paid for CE.
SEE Agent Cynthia: Unfortunately, that is not possible. If you had contacted us before you added the Collector's Edition, a refund could have been issued, but now it is too late unfortunately.
You: I didn't even know beforehand
You: and other 1.0ers like me have had this fixed through support
SEE Agent Cynthia: Only if they had no full game on the other service account. With already a full game registered, there is nothing that can be done through our support I am afraid.
You: but they did have a full game. Is there any chance of this being escalated or sent to head office?

You: Then how would the other 1.0ers like me have gotten their problem fixed?

SEE Agent Cynthia: The only thing you can do is either start from scratch with the new service account or get the Digital Upgrade for the old one.

I should have put Square Enix above all the goons heads getting whooped on in my video xD
I spoke with customer service, chat ... gave me a new code ps3 .. added, now all is well
Holy shit I passed out, but it seems PS3 players are given the codes to input, while PC players get the hotfix done by them?

You: Okay for some reason it won't let me see the Japanese realms, but I can see my character on the NA realm, and I checked the mog station and everything seems to have been transferred over to my service account 1

It is possible that the Japanese servers are not available at the moment.
