    So I'm trying to level Gladiator to level 22 for Provoke,but after complete Hunting log Rank 2 for some reason rank 3 doesn't unlock,is this a bug or something or its intended?

    I can't remember, but it might be tied to your class quest.

    I think it will unlock at level 30.
