Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I still don't understand how I'm losing spots in the queue..

I think they talk to three people at the same time. My theory is that they split us in to three queues, like queuing at a checkout in a supermarket. If you get stuck behind someone who is slow, you may get overtaken.

I had enough. My trial account expired. I closed it. Now I logging with the second account, I don't want to waste the 26 days I have left. I'm stating over with a new character even on a new server and I'm a happy camper. To bad for the 2 pre-order gifts, but It's no big deal. But the all matter is a big demonstration of a company's incompetence, that's the truth. Nikkor Manittout is no more.

I'm actually thinking of doing the same thing. I know my low level character can be replaced easily, but I was hoping to not losing the name, and even the (*gasp* cheap items) lol. But if I won't get any support for today, might as well just make the most out of it and just play it
