That's probably true but as I've spent the last day trying to find the chat and finally got it, it's worth a shot

But if you want to get to the EU chat support follow these steps:

1. Click this link: https://support.eu.square-enix.com/f...612&la=2&pv=20 and select this did not answer my question
2. In the sub-caterogy dropdown box, select the Additional Services under Pricing and Payment. The one above it doesn't give you a chat support option.
3. Use anything for the contact details box and click next, and click next again on the next page.
4. Select chat support option and fill in the details.
5. Wait until you can talk to an agent, and pray that you will actually get to speak to someone and not get told there's no agents.

I had enough. My trial account expired. I closed it. Now I logging with the second account, I don't want to waste the 26 days I have left. I'm stating over with a new character even on a new server and I'm a happy camper. To bad for the 2 pre-order gifts, but It's no big deal.
