Don't misunderstand I'm not trying to defend SQUEENIX but the fact remains is that this HAS happened, and honestly it's because there's so many people with the problem that it's taking the support desk so long.
Just don't stress over it is what I'm sayin'
You aren't going to be making friends here telling people to relax. A lot of people plan around the launch of a game and spend their hard earned money on them. To be ignored by SE for a week (for EA people) can make anyone quite angry.
I'm in the exact same situation as everybody here, What do you want me to say? "F-IN SQUEENIX, go die you PoS" ?
Nope. Just don't tell people to wait and relax. Contribute knowledge when you can and be friendly. A lot of people have been waiting and relaxing for near a week. They don't want to hear you say it.
Generally comes down to how you view your problems, I personally won't be stressing over this issue and will keep sending in my tickets until it's sorted.
It's more important to me that SQUEENIX will actually learn from this experience and change how things will be handled in future, I don't think anyone wishes to go through this much hassle for a videogame ever again.
Frankly I couldn't care less if I woke up tom. and SE didn't exist anymore. I care about myself and other customers who have been treated badly. It is like Yoshi (producers name right?) crying on stage and everyone feeling sorry for him. I don't care. His tears don't allow me to play the game I paid for.Generally comes down to how you view your problems, I personally won't be stressing over this issue and will keep sending in my tickets until it's sorted.

There really is no excuse for an established company to be this inept at customer service. A lot of customer angry could have been avoided by keeping everyone well informed as a group and on a more personal level. They decide to cheap out on it, so they deserve the angry customers.
I understand your vote for calm, however when has anything significant ever changed without people questioning the way it's going? Women get to vote because some women stood up and demanded that right. And while this isn't even the fraction of that importance, they will keep going as they are unless people speak up. Let us speak up and vent and then you may see change. Sitting quietly and hoping for change does nothing.Generally comes down to how you view your problems, I personally won't be stressing over this issue and will keep sending in my tickets until it's sorted.

You can't really reason with some people. All of us having this issue made a mistake during the launch of an MMO. I knew there would be server problems and I knew before I messed up when registering the game that customer support would be swamped. I sat on hold for almost 4 hours before I got through to someone, but I had my issue "escalated". My ticket has been closed (which is normal) and I'm still waiting for it to be resolved. Many others, however, are running around in a manic state flailing their arms. So yeah, I'd just avoid the thread altogether.
